A real treat for the senses, this small perfumery makes cosmetics and perfumes inspired by the surrounding landscape and the beautiful flowers and plants found here. Visit the Blending Room and see the wide range of organic creams and balms being made, explore the stunning herb garden, then enjoy a delicious tea in the rose-covered Tea Rooms.

The Burren Centre

Discover the unique magic of the Burren Region in a special display –  ‘A Walk Through Time’ at the Burren Centre in the historic village of Kilfenora. Learn about the flora, fauna, geology, legends, archaeology and natural history of this fascinating landscape – with an exhibition, audio visual film theatre, craft shop and tea room, all part of the experience.

Ferry Tours

From March to October, nearby Doolin is your waterway to a host of gems on the Wild Atlantic Way. Ferries sail daily to the Aran Islands – and whether you choose to sight-see on Inis Mor, get away from it all on Inis Meain or take a quick hop to the smallest island, Inis Oirr – you’re in for an adventure. Ferries also offer hourly cruises under the Cliffs of Moher, for a unique perspective on these amazing forces of nature.

Traditional Music in Doolin

Home of traditional Irish music, the beautiful, picturesque village of Doolin is just a short drive away – offering a picture postcard treat of brightly-painted cottages, traditional shops and lively Irish pubs. After dinner at the hotel there’s no better way to spend the evening than taking a drive down to the village to sample the craic – the music, song and dance you’ll find on offer in every pub.

The Burren Way

We’re a stone’s throw from the start of the beautiful Burren Way walking trail. This 123km linear trail takes you through the karst Burren landscape, taking 7 days/6 nights to complete. The trail travels inland from Lahinch to Doolin and via the town of Lisdoonvarna on to Ballyvaughan to the north. It then crosses the heartland of the Burren through the villages of Carran, and Corofin on the eastern side of the Burren.

Surfing

Dubbed ‘surfcity’, Nearby Lahinch is one of Ireland’s top surfing destinations – with a long stretch of flat sandy beach and some excellent reef breaks to the south. It’s perfect for beginners, intermediate and advanced surfers – and there are many surf schools on the beachfront offering lessons to all age groups. Equipment is available to hire, while many kids surf camps are run each day, over the summer holiday period. The nearby village of Fanore is also a popular surfing spot.

Host Club of the 2019 Dubai Duty Free Irish Open, this beautiful Club is ranked #65 on Golf Digest’s list of the world’s greatest golf courses. Dating back to 1892 it is described as ‘The St Andrew’s of Ireland.’
